-Three Lions-

Disappointed...disappointed and disappointed~!!! The only word that I can describe my feeling towards England losing the match to Germany last night. I can't believe it and it was a great disappointment. At the same time, feel sad about it. Sigh, I still haven't recovered from the disappointment yet...~

Okay, I got to admit that Germany players are really in good shape, energetic and they really did performed well, far better than England players. So what's wrong with you guys, England???!!! Wake up, dude~!!! I have been wondering is it because the England players are so wealthy that make them so lazy and didn't bother at all. Or is it because Beckham is not playing in this Cup 2010 and the team looks like losing their footballer spirit??? That's really sadden me when saw the Germany players performed well while England didn't. It was a fact and no wonder so many people are frustrated and disappointed with the England players. If I knew the result would be like this, I rather choose not to watch.....~

*A BIG SIGH*

- Always be your loyal supporter, England - !!!!

-Lazy Noon-

(Banana Split - Secret Recipe, Sibu)

I often saw the TV advertisement which they would often asked this sort of question, "How will you define the word happiness??" or "What do ya think of the happiness??" Typically the answer would be, "Orh, I think having a cup of my favourite latte is the happiness in my life" or "When I am staying at home, watching my favourite TV show is happiness" and bla bla bla bla.....

So I would like to "join" this kind of answer too. I think my happiness would be indulging my favourite dessert, "Banana Split" in the lazy, steamy, and hot weekend noon. Hmmm funny?? What's so happy when indulging the dessert??? Well, I have been questioned myself and those answers given by the artist. Now I am gradually understand the meaning behind. The small leisure activities that you spend in your leisure time are the happiness because you got the time to spend for yourself and not for others. You got to enjoy your favourite food/drinks while some don't even have a time to sit down and relax.

Having a drinks or desserts in some cool/air-conditioning cafe in the noon with some close friends is my favourite hang out and leisure activity. I enjoyed the moment. Chit-chatting with friends while enjoying the favourite dessert/drink.

Currently, I am so addicted to "Banana Split". I have tried almost all the Banana Split in Sibu's cafe/restaurant.

-Lakorn-

You must be wondering what's the meaning of "Lakorn". Well, it's actually a Thai word for the meaning of Drama. What???!!! Thai Drama!!! Yep, I am so addicted to Thai dramas recently~!!! I am not sure what's gotten into me but believe me, Thai dramas are as good as Korean dramas except that have to bear with the Thai language. Till today, I still think that Thai language is the worst language, I mean, not really nice to the ears.

After watched those Thai dramas, I realized one thing...the Thai actors and actress are really good looking and pretty. All the Thai actress are having a heavy make up and even when they are out of the water surface, their make up still perfectly there without any trace of wash out and even sleeping, their make up still there with a thick foundation. So conclusion is Thai actress like to use heavy make up while the Korean actress opted for the lighter make up to make it looks natural.

The Thai actors are perfectly build up and good looking but they brought a taste of being wild and like to use "force" on their co-stars. Unlike Korean actors, they are more gentleman and would secretly hide in one corner, looking at the main actress sadly. One thing I can't stand of Thai dramas is each time the guy confessed, the girl is like pretending to dislike him or avoiding him. The guy move forward, the girl will move backward and would say she hates him or whatever. Urgghhh, I really can't stand with this kind of scenes.

I can't hardly remembered those Thai actors and actresses' names. Their names are too unique, long and almost the same so I gave up on remembering them.

He is known as "Aum". I really really like him lots.....He looks mysterious with his arch eyebrows. He has a "Bad Guy" looks which every gals will fall in love with. I think he is pretty cool ~

They are the cast for the drama, "Love Rotation". Weir and Pinky.

- Panda Eyes -

The photo (Google) is a bit exaggerating but luckily I am still not in such a shit mess yet....After nights of staying up late, my eyes really really really feel weary and puffy this morning ~ I can't hardly opened my eyes wide at work....Damn, that's really worry me as I don't want to have a dark circles or puffy eyes.... So I have kept on telling myself and promised that I'll try to sleep early tonight ~!!!! *Crossing fingers*

I have been a very good girl this week. Why??? Because I am exactly staying at home every nights for this whole week, except one night went out for a movie. After back home from work, my eyes already glued on the screen throughout the night.

The A-Team

Okay, I am not really good in describing a movie, food or stuffs. But highly recommended to watch this movie, The A-Team - if you are really into action movies. This movie is not only action but had brought some humour into it with a minimal "love" scenes. It's really hilarious and very entertaining. Of course, not to mention the good-looking guy - Bradley Cooper.

The story is about the four men who were Iraq War veterans came across each other and how they want to clear their name as a criminal with U.S. military. Their plan was amazing and organized but they accomplished the mission in an amused way. I like the scene where Murdock was flying the helicopter and it scared the pants off of B.A a.k.a. Baracus.

So really really really got to watch this movie or else you'll regret ...... ~

- Sweet Confession -

Love all the way from Taiwan. A sweet confession from him to me.
Glad that he still remember my existence here although we are far apart.
At least he has tried to make me understand that even he is enjoying his life there, he still not to forget to show his love to me....

It was a simple and common words to be say among the couples. Gals are practically happy and touched to hear these three words but strangely, I prefer to hear another three words, i.e. I miss you rather than those three "miracle" words. Although those three "miracle" words didn't make any sparks in me, but I did feel glad and it was so sweet of you~!!! Really I do...

Dear,I have received your message ~ !!! I miss you too...~

-Something to Share -

(Custody of TheStar)

Would like to share this comic strip which I came across from The Star Online and I think it was funny...~!!!

Fortunately, the guys in my house are not so crazy or addicted to the football or else... I can't imagine whether I can stand it throughout the Cup season~ Orh, besides there's no astro so understand that why they are not so keen on watching ~!!!

-My Dream Car-

This is more realistic dream car, not those dream car which I can't afford to buy in my whole life such as porsche, lamborghini, audi, lexus and etc. So those only appeared in my dream....and back to reality, those I still can afford to buy after maybe years of saving, like Suzuki Swift, Honda Civic and etc.

I understand many people won't encouraged to buy Suzuki Swift as with that price, I can get a better one or other car brand. However, I am not really into car stuff so I have no idea about those specification or engine things. The first priority I looked into will be the design and size. Since I am a petite gal, I would prefer a mini car so that it was easy for me and also "convenience" to the public. I fall in love with the Suzuki Swift for the first time I laid my eyes on him especially Suzuki Swift Pink, her. She is just so adorable and very feminine. So far in Malaysia, there's no Pink Suzuki Swift so in this case, white color would be my second option {if only I can afford to buy one} ~!!!

I also like this VW Beetle...Don't you think it looks cute and very classy??? ~ But the price is freaking high which you can opted for Honda Accord or Camry already...!!! The Honda Accord not bad too, very cool, classy and comfortable sitting in there. Too bad that the car is way too big for me...I looked so tiny sitting inside there. Afraid that other drivers might not see me driving ~ If I am taller, then might considered Honda cars as they really looks cool with some add-on accessories.

-World Cup 2010-

Exciting...exciting moment has finally come~!!! The FIFa World Cup 2010 is kicking off tomorrow, 11 June 2010 ~!!! The FIFA World Cup 2010 has been hot off the press for the past months. I believed that the hordes of World Cup fans are going to hang out at 'mamak stalls' till early in the morning and will be hearing the cheers from them, an expected and common view. Sigh, how I miss those years in Kuala Lumpur~!!! Everywhere you go, you will hear and feel the World Cup fever especially among a group of guys. You'll hear the bets as well although I don't understand at all. Hmmm, no comment on their betting but my advise is don't bet too much, it's your hard earn money..... It's going to be a heat topic for the coming months ~!!

I am not a big fan of football but I will watched World Cup and if you are asking who is my favourite footballer or which country I am supporting of, hmmm...you might not be interested to hear. Because like I say, I am not a big fan and I don't have any specific favourite team or footballer. But I opted and supported the 'stronger' team, e.g. if England vs Korea, I will supported England. As a normal gal's reaction, I like those handsome footballer like David Beckham, Cristiano Ronaldo and etc but definitely not Wayne Rooney....I started to cultivate this interest in watching World Cup from my boyfriend. He is a big fan of football so imagine, everyday hearing those topic and in order to join his interest, I was forced to watch too and started to feel the World Cup fever in me.

Anyway, this year World Cup is gonna be different from me. First, he is not here with me. Second, there is no mamak stalls in my small town. Third, I don't have astro at home. So I can only updated myself from reading the newspaper but it won't be that exciting as watching Live on TV.

@ LollipOp 2

p/s: Aren't they look cute, adorable and cool??!! I want to buy Lollipop 2 ~

Heart-wrenching when I read the article, introducing the new LG lollipop 2.....LG Lollipop 2 not yet launched in the market, but I am not sure about Korea whether it has launched or not. Followed by their successful and popular demand of LG 580 Lollipop 1, now they continue to produce the second generation of LG Lollipop.....and they look so cuteeeeeeeeeee ~!!!!!

They are still going to use 'Big Bang' and '2NE1' to represent and promote their lollipop. They are the most popular Korean idol group, either worldwide or in Asian countries for the moment. This LG Lollipop has its theme song too, sing by Big Bang and 2NE1, called 'Lollipop' as well..... If you are a big fan of Korean songs then you definitely know who they are.

Why it is heart-wrenching???!!! Because I just bought my Lollipop 1 not long ago and now they are going to introduce Lollipop 2 which has more function and the wallpaper is much cuter than Lollipop 1. The Lollipop 2's keypad has LED light while Lollipop 1 don't have any color or LED light on its keypad. It has wider/more LED light and variety of patterns on the cover screen when the phone call in/call out.....Except the color they use for Lollipop 2 will be much brighter and lighter.......~

p/s: Lollipop 1. See the difference??

9 Basic Habits ..... ~

Today I received a forward mail, telling on how these 9 basic habits will significantly increase the odds of your living long, well and happily, in a robust, healthy and weight-appropriate body.....so I have the responsibility to share it here ~
I would like to analyse whether these 9 habits did complied in my life style or not ......
  • Eat Vegetables. No kidding. Vegetables is a MUST in your everyday servings. We all know that vegetables is good for health, prevent from some diseases or maintain your body weight. (Oh no ~ I am a meat-lover. So I seldom consumed vege except 'Kangkong' and 'Paku-pakis' if you considered those as vege....Now my mum always forced me to eat other green vege and she finds a way to make me eat ------> she make those vege into a blended fruit/vege drinks and I was forcibly gulped down a glass of 'disgust' vege drinks every morning ~ )

  • Eat fish or take fish oil. The Omega-3's found in the fish can lower the risk of heart disease, lower the blood pressure, improve mood and good for the brain~ Does it sound attractive to you?? So if you're pregnant or your wife is pregnant, they may make your kid smarter....no kidding ~!!! (Pheeewww, luckily I did eat fish and taking fish oil too.....so does it mean I am smart???!! Lolz........)

  • Connect. (Oh yes, I did connected all the times...every hour, every minute and every second except sleeping hours....~) No, I am not talking about the internet. What it mean here is the social connections - a prime movers in the life. Let it be church, family, or community, finding something you care about that's bigger than you that you can connect with and that involves other people or animals will extend the life, increase energy and make you HAPPIER. Only Always. (Hmmm, I am poor in social connections. Remember, I am a loner....no wonder I always looked so gloom ...~ )

  • Get some sun. At least 10-15 minutes three times a week. People lived the longest and were the healthiest were from a sunny climates country. Sun improves your mood and boosts level of cancer-fighting, performance-enhancing and bone-strengthening vitamin D. (Whoa, I never know that sun can prevent cancer and improves mood.......Okay, I do went under the sun a lot, i mean everyday....as I am staying in a country where there's no four season to be happy about...~)

  • Sleep well. Guess what - if you are low in energy, gaining weight, grumpy and looking haggard, that's most probably because you're not sleeping long enough nor well enough. By sleeping "well", it mean here is without any interruption - in the dark room, without the television on, and in a very relaxing environment with comfortable bed. So if you have a computer in your room, banish it ~!!! (No wonder I always looked so tired and gain weight ----> that's because I didn't sleep long or well enough !!! I have computer in my room but I don't want to banish it as it brings convenience to me.......Stubborn girl ~!!! I have make myself to go to bed as early as before 12am.....)

  • Exercise everyday. Long lived people are doing things like farm chores at 4.30 in the morning !!! so forget your 20 minutes three times a week stuff. It didn't helped much. It advised to take a 30 minutes a day of walking which can helped to grow new brain cells aside from reduces the risk of most diseases. (Another Oh No....~!!! That's my problem. I didn't do enough exercise~!!! Not to mention 20 minutes, even a 5 minutes I am not doing any exercising.....A very BAD HABIT ~!!!)

  • Practice Gratitude. Making a list of things you're grateful for, you focus the brain on positive energy. It helped in stress reduction and spread some love. (Hmmm I didn't do that too. I always complaining things and never showed any gratitution....so I promised will be doing that now~ !!! hope so.....)

  • Drink red wine or eat grapes. I bet you also heard of this quite a lot. So I don't have to explain much on it. Lazy to type already. (Red wine and grapes are alright for me....I did consume once in a while ~)

  • Get the sugar out. The number one enemy of vitality, health and longevity is not fat, it's sugar. To the extent that you can remove it from your diet, you will adding years to your life and life to your years. (My goodness, I can't survived without sugar.....~!!!)

So there goes the list of 9 basic habits leading to a healthy lifestyle and a longer life. Basically, after my analysis, I guess my life won't be that long ...like living until 90 or 100 ++ years old ~(well, at least hope that I can live till I think is enough and full of life experiences with no sickness and still able to move around......AND able to see my grandchild or my grandchild's child....~ A greedy gal ~!!! See, I am still not showing any gratitude ~)

Anyway, this list may not be perfect but it's a start. It couldn't hurt you if you tried to cultivate those habits. It will benefit you, and some may make the difference between life and death. Whoa, sounds serious ~ Ya, it is serious when you are sick and start blaming there for not cultivated it earlier. I will tried to control but can't promise to follow all the 9 habits.....~!!!

MY TRIP tO TAIWAN ~!!!
04 July 2010
(It's a short trip, actually.....sighhhh, that's the reason for not planning properly~)
BUT
it's better to have been step into Taipei than not been there at all ~!!!
So for the moment, I started to plan my another trip to Taiwan ...........in NEXT YEAR and for a longer period ~ !!! Yes, I know it's too early to plan for the next year trip as this year still have a long way to go before it ends. However, like I say, if want to get a cheaper flight then better plan earlier .......... thanks to Airasia for making everyone now can Fly ~!!!
Now I don't have the mood to work and everyday is thinking of my trip to taipei. Working on the long list of what I want to do or where I want to visit during my stay there. Doing some research and get to know more of their culture and famous food so that I have some ideas to prevent from getting cheated on taxi fare or buying some unnecessary stuff or going to the unnecessary places ~

@ Little Red BoOk ~

Officially introducing my Little Red Book....First, I would like to reveal a small secret of mine here. I am kinda crazy over the organizer, journal, diary or notepad....I mean really really really crazy over those stuff till I have tons of organizer, journal a.k.a. diary/notepad/notebook from big to small in size.

If you are wondering why, sorry, I can't give you an answer. As I myself also wondered why. Wherever or whenever I saw the organizer/journal/diary/notepad/notebook with good quality of paper, I have this urge or simply can't resisted to own it. Just my office, I have owned 6 organizers/journals, jolted down different items but actually some of it was mixed up. So when I need to refer things, I have to flip through the 6 journals I owned. The new things I learned in my work, the things I need to follow up, the things I need to remind myself of doing, the documents I have dispatched, the new vocabulary I learned or bla bla bla.......~ Even my colleagues are saying that I am crazy to have so many organizer ~
Well, it tells that I am an organizing person. A person with plan. Lolz~

So I came across this 'Little Red Book' at the Popular Bookstore. It's kinda waste to spend money buying notebook/notepad/journal/diary as I can get those for free every year from the business associates. This Little Red Book is not cheap either.

The problem is after I bought it, I started to wonder what can I do with my Little Red Book. For what purpose??? Hmmmmm........if taking down things I need to do, I have 6 journals in the office to remind me that so I don't need another one at home. So in the end, I decided to use it for writing whatever things that came across my mind, be it a diary and also taking down the vocab and its meaning from the novel/books I have read. There, I can referred the words when necessary.

And I called it,

-Little Red Book-

= Nothing =

I realized that I am a lazy ... blogger. I don't update my blog every day or often. So I am thinking of closing my blog account.
I prefer reading other people's blog rather than writing my own. I am running out of idea or should I put it this way, I am lazy to think or write or uploading photos.....for my blog.

For me, blog is just an alternate way for me to express my thinking, unhappiness or dissatisfaction aside from telling the people around me. People will get sick of hearing but the blog won't since it is not widely known/read across the world.

Thinking.....
