Cafe cafe is a western cum nyonya cuisine modern cafe in my town. Quite successful the business as they are the first to bring the modernization of cafe to this boring town. The people here started to accept this kind of transformation and willing to spend and dine in a better ambience cafe with some interior design instead of those local coffee shop. The local residents today quite enjoy this kind of leisure lifestyle.
The owners are quite young. Now they are running 3 types of cafes. All of the 3 cafes are in the same row of the building. There are western cum nyonya cuisine - 'Cafe Cafe', Japanese cuisine - 'Zen Japanese Fushion' and a pub lounge called 'the Queen'. All three of them are the favourite hang out spot for both the youngsters and adults especially on weekend. Heard that they are going to expand their cafe business. Hmmm.....~
In front of their row of shops are this old wharf and a central market.
There is a temple beside their building.
We dined in Cafe Cafe but still can ordered the food from Zen Japanese Fushion. And of course, there is always a salmon sashimi for me.
The name for this dish is quite long. I make it short - Tomato and Egg Fried Rice with Cincalok. A very big portion which can be served to 3-4 person.
It was their home made ice-cream - White Macademia. Really love their home made ice-cream but too expensive. Taste good!
