Branded or Not Branded???

Is it really that matter to carry around a bag called Louis??? Or perhaps Burberry bag or whatever brand bag???

I do not have a bias on some gals' "branded" lifestyle. I am a "democratic" type of person. I would not interfered in your "branded" lifestyle as long as you can afforded to buy it. And of course, I will feel envy with your "branded" lifestyle. Who don't?? But that's only a feel of envious and that's all, no more than that.

Frankly speaking, sometimes I do feel quite annoyed with gals who are trying very hard to show off or boasted about their branded stuff. From their A/X clothes to Louis Vuitton, Burberry, Gucci, Chanel or whatever branded bags. The reason for me to write this blog is there was actually a certain "people" commented on my "poor" lifestyle. What the .... ~!!!

Just because I say my budget to get a new bag is around RM150 but that does not mean I want those RM10++ bags. Feel hurt when they are asking me to buy those RM10++ bag with cartoon on it. What???!!! Speechless when talking to those people who are so "narrow minded". RM150++ consider expensive too and what for I spend RM3000++ for Louis....is definitely not worth it~ I would rather spend RM3000++ buying one DSLR or go travelling. We are just having a different mindset on the "worthiness".

-Haunted Me-

The unforgotten past still haunted me.
It's not my intention to recall the past and painful memories,
But it came flashing back to me just like to remind me the pain and sadness I have gone through,
Not wanting me to forget,
Hurt, pain, depression, heart-broken - still vividly stayed in one corner of my brain.

Whenever I closed my eyes and recalled the happy memories,
it triggered the sad memories, the betrayal, the pain and sadness I have endured...alone,
Scared the crap out of me,
Often I woke up by this nightmares,
Trying to shoo away the memories and pretend there's nothing,
But deep inside my heart, I understand that they will still haunted me for the rest of my life...
Who can I trust to? Who can help me to get out from the haunted past?

All the while, I thought I am alright and have recovered from the psychological trauma but I am wrong...
I never imagined that they will left such a big impact or negative effect on me ... especially mentally and emotionally.

- Taiwan Beef Noodles -

Strongly recommended to try out Taiwan's famous and one of the "must eat" food on the list, that is, Beef Noodles if you are happened to be in Taiwan ... ~!! You'll regret if you didn't try out unless you are anti-beef, then no comment on that.. ^.^

So far, I only managed to try out the beef noodles from three different shops. My apologies for not jotting down the shop name but I can remembered the location. All of them taste nice and the beef was really tender, easy to chew. The only difference will be their soup ingredients as some are rich with herbal taste, some a bit tasty and etc. Their beef noodles, strangely, all came with the preservatives vege - you can choose to add on your own. Orh, their chilli sauce was salty and hot (very very very spicy ~), unlike the one we have in Malaysia.

This one is located at Ximending. It's a Tomato Beef Noodles. I would rate it as 4/5 ~

This one is found inside Raohe Night Market. From the celebrity photos taken and pasted on their wall, I assumed that this shop was famous then. It was quite crowded but the beef noodles taste ok for me. I would rate this 3/5.

It was located in Taipei Metro Station underground mall. It is a small shop which only able to accommodate not more than 10 person. My first impression on this small shop was doubt. I have doubt on its "not too attractive" small shop. Well, don't judged the book by its cover. It had proved me wrong. Her business is good. The small shop was full with customers and people constantly queue up for take away. On my first try on its soup, I am hooked to it. It taste real good, no kidding ~ So as expected, I will rate it 5/5.

-Sick-

*Cough..cough...cough ~ *

I have been sick for 3 weeks after back from Taiwan. My cough is getting worse and it feels like I am going to cough my heart out~ Quite miserable especially at nights as the cough kept waking me up ... ~ Uggghhh!!!

Now started to have a running nose ~ Blame myself for taking cold drinks or eating ice-cream when not fully recovered. A result for being stubborn.... *sad*

Has been continuously raining for these few nights. Is it a rainy season??? I hate rains but I like the cold weather. The rain also make my sickness getting worse as I am not the particular person who will bring umbrella along with me .... all the times ~

I think I better off to get my beauty sleep while resting ~

-Funny Quotes-

A conversation took place between a daughter and a dad. Okay, not playing any guessing games here. I am the daughter. Now when I want to go for a movie, I have to be very secretive and didn't dare to tell my dad. Is not that I am doing anything wrong or my dad disallowed me to go out.

Okay, it was actually like this. The daughter is getting ready with all the dress up and went down for a dinner before going out for the movie. The daughter always opted for the earlier session movie which normally began at 7pm.

Dad: Why going out so early today??
Daughter (smilling sheepishly): Orhh, going to catch a movie later.
Dad: MOVIE AGAIN???!!! Why there's so many movies to watch and you never finished watching your movies???!!!
Daughter: Errrr...because Cineplex always have new movies on showing and besides, there is no other entertainment in this small town...~
Dad: You really worry that Sibu's cineplex will goes bankrupt ...~
Daughter: =.=""" (LOLz~)

Sigh, so get what I meant...It gives me a nerve and I have to tiptoe each time going out for a movie. But I always failed, nothing can hide from the parents' eyes. They know what I am up to. Sometimes my dear even answered my dad's question innocently while I kept on doing the sssshhhhh sign to him but he always missed the sign~ =.="

His favourite yet funny quote to me, "You really worry that Sibu's cineplex goes bankruptcy ~ ...!!!!"

-The Sorcerer's Apprentice-

The soccer-rer's ap-pren-tice?? sor-ce-rer ap-pren-tice?? How the heck to pronounce that....I kept on tongue-tied when reading the title of this movie. So I make it short ... that that what apprentice ~!! ^.^

This movie, hmmm, I would rate it above average but below excellence. It was a good and enjoyable movie with some magic and power. The most important is there was Nicholas Cage in the movie and a new guy, still have-no-idea-who-he-is but I recognize him from the movie, "She's out of my league". A Disney production movie so as expected, there was no excessive violence, under 18PL or anything under 18. I find it quite similar to Harry Potter.

Okay, the story goes like this. Balthazar (Nicholas Cage) is a powerful sorcerer who lived more than 100 years in search of the prime "Merlin??" - a descendant of Merlin, a master to Balthazar who had died and before he died, he had casted a non-aging spell on Balthazar. So Balthazar had finally found the boy - Dave Stutler, a seemingly average guy who just so into Physics and had some hidden potential. Balthazar trained him in order for them to work together to defend the world from his arch-nemesis and the evil, Morgana. Well, Morgana died rather fast. She just appeared for a while and then doomed. They finished off the evil quite easily and the ending is like what expected, a kissing scene. Whoooooo...so romantic~

-Funny, Yet Not -

The daughter was busy stirring the pot of congee there when dad came in and exclaimed, "You haven't turn off the hob??? The congee, by right, should be cooked~"

Daughter: But there is still a lot of water in there so I didn't turned the hob ring off.
Dad exclaimed loudly again: Oh my Goodness, the congee was charred already~!!! There is a charred smell ... ~
To the shocked of daughter, she quickly turned the hob off and yep, the daughter also smell the charred congee.
Dad: Why you didn't turn off the hob???!!
Daughter: I saw there was a water in there and I thought it's not fully cooked.
Dad: If there is no water in there, then that's not called CONGEE. It's a RICE already, daughter~!!!
Daughter: Ooooorhhh...I thought I should waited until the water getting dry. How to eat the congee if there is still a water in it.
Dad: That's why it called CONGEE~!!! Congee should have some liquid.
Daughter (murmuring to herself): Orhhh. Ya hor...why I didn't thought of that??
Daughter (in guilt): But the congee still edible, right???
Dad: Daughter ar, you should, no...MUST, properly learn to cook the congee for a week ~!!!! How can you charred my congee??!!
Daughter: Ooppsss~ I really know how to cook the congee, just that I forgot after such a long time didn't cooked....~
Dad: =.=""

- The above story is based on the real life story -

I am the daughter who has charred my father's congee...~!!!
Oh no, I am going to be a laughing-stock in the family again ~!!! =.=""
Strictly speaking, I really know how to cook the congee and it's just that I can't remember how's it supposed to look like it has cooked.
